Area Codes and Local Numbers

Area code + local number in Ukraine always totals nine digits.
Area codes in Ukraine contain two digits.
Local numbers in Ukraine contain seven digits.
When calling between cities within Ukraine, dial the Domestic Access Code ("0"), wait for a dial tone, and then dial the area code. Do not dial this access code when calling from another country.
To call internationally from Ukraine, dial "0," wait for the tone, and dial "0" again before dialing the country code.

Mobile Phones

Mobile phone numbers in Ukraine contain nine digits.
When calling a mobile phone from within Ukraine, always dial the Domestic Access Code ("0") before the nine-digit number. Do not dial this access code when calling from another country.
